Getting started

Who can sell on StudyCenter.ph?

Anyone with an account. Sign up with your email, confirm it, and you can upload right away.

What can I upload?

Books, reviewers, notes and practice questions for licensure exams: Law, Medicine, Nursing, Accountancy (CPA), Criminology, Education and Civil Engineering. Files must be PDF.

Does my upload go live immediately?

Yes. Our team reviews materials after they go live and may remove anything that breaks our rules.

What is a Super Author?

A seller recognized by the StudyCenter.ph team for their standing and the quality of their materials. Super Authors pay a lower commission, can add sample videos to their profile, and their prices are not adjusted by our team.

Pricing and earnings

Who sets the price?

You do. You can also offer materials for free.

Can StudyCenter.ph change my price?

For sellers who are not Super Authors, our team may adjust a price to keep it in line with industry standards. We'll email you the old price, the new price and the reason. If you don't agree, you can take the material off the store. A price change never affects people who already bought.

How much do I earn per sale?

You keep 60% of the price (70% if you're a Super Author). StudyCenter.ph's commission is 40% (30% for Super Authors), and VAT is included in our commission. Example: on a ₱500 sale, you earn ₱300, or ₱350 as a Super Author.

Who pays the payment processing fee?

The buyer. It's added at checkout, so it never comes out of your earnings.

How do I get paid?

Request a payout from your seller dashboard to GCash, Maya or your bank account. You'll need your TIN and payout details on file before your first payout.

When can I withdraw?

Earnings from a sale become available 7 days after the purchase. The minimum payout is ₱500. Any tax required by law to be withheld is deducted and shown on your payout record.

Access and protection

Can buyers download my material?

Only if you allow it. For each material you choose: view-only, downloadable, or downloadable from a date you set (for example, 10 days before the exam). Buyers can always read what they bought on StudyCenter.ph.

How is my work protected from piracy?

Buyers never receive your original file. Every page they view and every copy they download carries a watermark with their name and email, so a leaked copy can be traced to the account that leaked it. We suspend accounts that share materials.

Can buyers preview my material?

Yes, but only the pages you choose to make free as a preview.

Updates and removal

Can I update my material?

Yes. Upload a revised edition. New buyers get the latest edition. You set a discounted upgrade price for people who bought an earlier edition, or offer the upgrade for free.

Can I take my material down?

Yes, anytime. It disappears from the store, but everyone who already bought it keeps it in their library permanently, including earlier editions.

Are purchases refundable?

All sales are final. Refunds are given only for duplicate charges.

Content rules

Can I upload compilations of past exam questions?

Yes. Compilations of past exam questions, with or without suggested answers, are allowed and can be sold. The compilation and any answers must be your own work.

What am I not allowed to upload?

• Anything you don't own or have permission to sell, including other people's books, reviewers, notes, case digests or answer compilations.
• Offensive, misleading or unrelated content.

Can I use Supreme Court decisions and laws?

Yes. Court decisions and laws are free for anyone to use. Other people's annotations, digests and compilations are not.

What happens if someone reports my material?

Our team reviews it. Materials that infringe someone's rights may be removed, and repeat violators lose their account.

Reviews and visibility

Who can review my material?

Only people who bought it, or opened it if it's free. Each can leave one rating and comment.

What are "views"?

The number of people who opened your material's page, whether or not they bought it.
